What is Crystal Healing?
Crystal Healing is based on human energy fields (subtle bodies) and energy centres (chakras) and the fact that crystals emit different vibrations which effect this energy flow.
Crystals vibrate at their own constant frequency and are ideal tools to use in balancing our energy fields as they are not easily susceptible to being “knocked out of balance” as human beings are, for example. Energetic imbalances can end up manifesting as physical ailments or emotional issues and Crystal Healing can assist us in all areas.
By introducing crystals into our energy fields we can promote healing on a physical and emotional level.
Treatments
During Crystal Healing the client remains fully clothed, although will be asked to remove shoes whilst on the therapy bed. A typical session begins with a consultation and during the session crystals may be placed on or around the body (or both) whilst the client relaxes. From time to time these crystals may be removed or replaced with others as each person is unique and has different needs.
Treatment times last approximately 75 minutes, which includes the consultation time at the beginning and the end.
