This is a personal development journey, as well as a foundation training in kinesiology. The small group size of 6 people maximum means this course can offer a special kind of growth process.
The aim of the LifeTracking series is to help you find your direction, increase your confidence and to really feel ‘on track’. It is appropriate for those with no experience and for therapists who are already trained in other modalities.
The course will;
•Introduce the basics of energy awareness and 'tracking'
•teach skills in kinesiology muscle testing
•look at the fundamentals of Chinese medicine
•show energy tools that encourage health and vitality
Sarah-Jayne’s approach to teaching is fun and light-hearted with practical examples of how the techniques taught can increase a sense of wellbeing and feeling ‘on track’ in life.
Cost:
£750 (2 repeater places are available at significant reduced cost contact SJ for details).
£50 deposit reserves your place. Payment can be in instalments- ask for details.
Refreshments provided, as is the course manual* Bring lunch and snacks to keep you going.
Extra costs:
Text book £25 approx.
Optional assessment at a cost of £65.
*£25 reduction in course cost if self-printing.
