Reflexology Treatment
This is an hour long reflexology treatment. To receive the treatment you will need to remove your socks and shoes, and I will use my hands to apply pressure to your feet. You may feel some areas of transient discomfort during the treatment, but generally the experience should be relaxing.
After your treatment I will ask for feedback to gain insight into your body's response as you may feel your body has responded in a very noticeable way. Most people note a sense of wellbeing and relaxation, but please note you can also feel lethargic or tearful as part of the healing process.
Reflexology 60 mins = £30
20 minute stress buster reflexology session. Especially tailored for you to access during your work break, go back to work feeling recharged and ready to face the day again! = £15
Foot Massage
This is a soothing 30 minute foot massage something to treat your feet, especially if you have had a busy day. You will need to remove your socks and shoes for this treatment.
30 mins = £20
